- Fill the base with water or sand to increase weight and to hold the unit in place. The non-skid pads underneath also helps keep the system stable.

The rubber cord is 15ft long and stretches up to 30ft when the ball is hit hard enough. To shorten the rebound, wrap some of the cord around the base to your desired length.
